The hotel is only ok...the room was a good size but it was rundown with peeling wallpaper and smelling of old cigarette smoke. But, the biggest problem occurred after I checked out. They charged my credit card for someone else's room! The front desk manager I spoke with about this error told me there was nothing she could do; honestly, she didn't seem too concerned about it. I had to file fraud charges against the hotel with my credit card company. The poor service at this hotel made the experience very unpleasant. I would not recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel in a good location. It is an older hotel with the charm of an older hotel but nicely updated. If you are visiting as a tourist and would like to visit the waterfront, it is only a short walk. Crisp and clean white bed linens. Very comfortable stay.

Very nice hotel. Courteous staff. They gave us an upgrade for free and it was a nice room with a king bed. Rooftop lounge gave a great view of Portland.
