convenient location, staff helped me make reservations to go fishing, even googled a map, rooms clean and attractive. our new cape hotel

Large king room, the whole hotel was clean, 2 decks, one for coffee and pastries, by the office, the other deck was by our room about 30' or 40' with many tables, chairs and lounge chairs. we stayed 3 nights.

My most recent and last stay was just recently. After discovering some pretty disgusting things in my room, I informed the manager. His response was that I was not telling the truth, and said "you are not getting a dime from me." Pretty extreme response, I would say. My first complaint was the air conditioner leaving a pool of toxic water onto the carpet. I had a visitor who would not come into the room after squishing/stepping into the puddle. The manager said to me regarding this problem. "what do you want me to do about it", that is when i requested the refund!!

ROOMS ARE LARGE AND CLEAN, STAFF IS FRIENDY, RELAX ON DECK WITH HOTEL CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST OF COFFEE AND PASTRIES. AND THAN THE PRICE, WHAT A DEAL

Large clean rooms, staff very helpful. We had a great vacation, due to the managers suggestions. The price of the room was much lower than other motels in the area, but was actually the nicest and great location.
