Filthy and dangerous

47 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
To give you an idea of how filthy this place is, I had to clean pubic hair off the toilet seat! Even worse, we found a used hypodermic needle in our bed!
Incidentally, they didn't give us the room we paid for (in full and in advance) when we check in. They promised a refund, but it's "the-check-is-in-the-mail" line every time we call. What a rip off!
