Hotel and convention centre located in downtown Whitehorse, near government buildings, shops, restaurants, and night spots. The rooms and clean and have been renovated but are a little small. Rooms on the higher floors seem to be newer. There's a bar and restaurant on site which serves a variety of meals and snacks and the hotel also offers a complimentary airport shuttle. Guests have use of free internet in the lobby and there's also a gift shop on site. The hotel is popular with pre-cuise travellers so at certain times the staff are very busy but on the whole they are friendly and helpful.
