Okay

This hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. They only had interior doors which I liked and the price was pretty reasonable. They did not have ice machine however and I have never stayed in a hotel/motel anywhere that did not have an ice...

The staff & housekeeping had a rude additude and first day i checked into my room it was still dirty and then housekeeing had a funky additude when asked for my room to be cleaned and she never showed up and i had to clean my own room and request...

26 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The front desk was not helpful and they did not seem to know what was going on with my reservation.

I am not likely to return to the ESA Wilmington-New Centre Dr.
I would not recommend it to friends.
