It was fine, a designated outside area for smokers would have been nice; or any place outside to sit would have been really nice. It's a practical sort of place to crash when you are tired.

The front desk person was inefficient and not informed about the details of my company having pre-paid the room - I ended up paying for it my self. Also, the parking and security of the building was very poor, and the room had a strange smell.
