Mediocre
We were very disappointed in this hotel. From walking in the door till us living 3 hours later because we would rather drive the rest of the way home instead of spending the night there.

40 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The only problem I had was the bed, it was so hard and uncomfortable. The owners really must consider an upgrade. My back hurt so badly after the fourth day that I used one of the heat packs.
The hotel is a mini suite with fridge/microwave/small sink/2 burner stove and coffee maker. The staff was great - I got a few tips that were very helpful-cheapest gas and great breakfast place (Just Breakfasts). I used priceline so the price was very reasonable. I would have been more upset if I had paid rack rate and gotten that same bed.

The hotel was easily accessible to a major freeway. It was newly constructed, clean and well laid out. I like having the kitchen facilities. The staff was courteous, thoughtful and helpful.
I arrived at night and the night staff escorted me to my car to bring my luggage in, and followed me to my room to make sure that I was safe. That was above average service.
I am very likely
to return to the ESA San Jose-Morgan Hill.
