You are always made to feel very welcome and that they care about you.

They were very helpful and listened to questions and requests.

I am very likely to return to the ESA Salt Lake City-Sandy.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Horrible

This hotel is filthy, the service is non existent and the only response I could get was "we don't provide that". The staff is inadequate and the place smells of cigarette smokes and is very dirty.

My toilet was plugged for 3 days. I was told to plunge it myself. Manager finally came out at 10pm and stuck his hand down the toilet. Plumber was called in next day, got toilet water all over my room, and kitchen, when I went to the front desk to ...
