We checked in, and found that the room was not cleaned; hair in the bed, soap scum and hair in the tub, etc. They let us switch rooms, only to find that room wasn't any better. We switched rooms a third time. The third room had urine and hair all over the toilet from a previous guest, and hair in the bed. We called for room service to clean it up, only to find that there was no room service on duty. The desk clerk told us that she would bring up cleaning supplies, and we (yes, we, the guests!) Could clean up the previous guests mess! This was supposed to be a nice getaway weekend, but it turned out to be a nightmare. It would have been cleaner to camp out on the street. Don't waste your money on this hotel.

It’s an excellent place. The desk staff was pleasant and very helpful. I would stay there again. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. This was much better than some of the other hotels in Oregon.
I liked the sensible layout and good value for the money spent.

to return to the ESA Portland-Beaverton.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
