33 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel was overbooked and the reservation which was made three months in advance for two beds had not been honored as I received only a single bed. One person in my party was given a non existent room number, somebody else's reservation was cancelled due to overbooking and he was never notified.
I am not likely
to return to the ESA Phoenix-Mesa.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The staff acted as if we were an interruption. They overbooked the hotel, a reservation made three months in advance was bumped. They assigned one of the folks in our party a non-existent room number.

54 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I liked having my own refrigerator and kitchen for the week. The people were very helpful with sending and receiving faxes. The only problem was the air conditioner was rather loud but it was efficient.
The lighting in the parking area and the overall atmosphere made you feel secure so you could enjoy the stay.
I am very likely
to return to the ESA Phoenix-Mesa.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
