Worst experience of my life. Check in and check out were terrible. The staff are so ghetto and no one knows Nythong. The rooms are filthy sticky and grimy. During my stay I had to get a new fridge and a/c installed and was told I would not receive an appology. The people who work there are so dumb they can't even count the number of days I stayed there correct and tried to over charge me. There's garbage everywhere and it smells. It's unsafe because of the clientele who stay there. There iron poured rust on my shirt. Tub and sink don't drain. I can go on and on. Just don't waste your time. They even told me "you get what you pay for" lol. Who would say that?

I am very likely
to return to the ESA Oklahoma City-NW.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Mediocre

Okay
I stayed at this facility when I needed to stay a few nights. It was fine for that but prefer the full kitchen when I needed a facility for a week. This one has small kitchenettes and just isn't like the ones with the full size appliances.
