Where to start? The room and hallways had a strong dank, musty odor. The bathroom was dirty. There was no shampoo, blow dryer or even a shower curtain! There was an empty tissue box cover and very little toilet paper, I had to go to the front desk to get more. The carpet was soaking wet around the air conditioner. I couldn't get the windows closed. The coffee maker made a huge mess. The bed was tiny, the furniture poorly made and dirty! The ONE good thing I can say is the staff were very professional and friendly. This was the WORST hotel experience I have ever had!
