The room and building on the whole were clean, but there were essentially no services or supplies which were expected for the price we paid. ($118/night) i.e. the check-in desk essentially closed at 11pm. There was no breakfast provided, no coffee pouches or sugar supplied, no salt and pepper, paper towels, even no dish soap which would be expected for a place with dishes and a stove top for cooking, no room cleaning until after 1 week of staying, only 2 small bars of soap which wouldn't be restocked till after a week, no shampoo at all, no body lotion, VERY limited dishes and pans of the 'stick' variety...

Our son who had stayed there the week before also had the same comments.

For this price, we expected all of these things.

I would have gotten a better price if I had booked online through the hotel's website, rather than through Hotwire ($20 savings). The room was comfortable but very bare-bones - no shampoos or even hangers. I wish I had stayed in Torrance instead.
