Excellent
I dint expect thishotel to be so great. The employees were warm and inviting and full of suggestions for things to do in the area. The room was oversized, clean and cozy. There clean dishes with a serving setting for 4. I didnt expect such great...

It was a wonderful hotel, it had a great location and it had everything we needed.
They treated me as though I were a celebrity, they had a cart ready for me and escorted me to my room. I am an employee of the company, so they really went out of their way for me.
I am very likely
to return to the ESA Los Angeles-Burbank Apt.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The first room stunk of smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. The second room had a broken window pane and a torn box spring. Other guests' dogs barked without staff taking action to quiet them down.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the ESA Los Angeles-Burbank Apt.
I might recommend it to friends.

The only problem with extended stay was that on weekend nights there was a lot of drunk people in the halls. I guess a lot of teens like to party there on weekends.
The rooms were really nice looking and the area of the hotel was nice. The front desk lady was really nice too.
I am not likely
to return to the ESA Los Angeles-Burbank Apt.
I might recommend it to friends.

I felt somewhat insecure about the fact that they close down the desk at 11pm. I was concerned that someone could enter and grab someone as they went for ice.
Due to a neck injury and surgery, asked for 2 extra pillows to support my neck. The desk clerk said he didn't think he had any and this lead to some joking around. Upon re-entry into the hotel, he gave me the pillows.
