The staff was able to pull up my information quickly and they were very friendly.The cigarette smoke odor throughout the hotel was awful. The hotel was very accommodating for my needs on this trip.

Staff tried to be helpful.Not clean, no shampoos, etc. I would not go to this hotel again. It was in fair condition, but needing attention (pillows had been washed and were lumpy, repairs needed all around, shower inadequate).
