The very comfortable room was like staying in an apartment. It had all the amenities of being at home. Even pots and pans and silverware were included.

I really enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay America. Every thing was very clean and easy to access. It is in a very good location, close to downtown and the river walk area. It was very easy to get to.
The staff was very attentive and made sure I got the help I needed finding my way around the area.

This Extended Stay America was the first time I ever stayed at this chain of hotels and I was very satisfied. Everything was clean and in good working condition. The front desk personnel were very courteous and knowledgeable about the area and printed out directions of where I needed to go. I highly recommend this hotel and if I have another opportunity to visit this area, I'll stay at this hotel again.
Upon check-in and check out, I was treated as if I were the only guest there. They gave me their undivided attention and spoke to my son as an equal, even though he was eleven.
