Many of the problems that I experienced were due to the poor planning and design of the hotel itself. The room ventilation was inadequate and, in my case, sent all of the smoke from the smoking rooms into my non-smoking room. I also had an issue with there billing. They charged my credit card three months after my stay due to an error on their part. I would think that they could determine the mix-up much sooner than that.

They have changed the room rate twice since my stay there. In addition, they would not cash a $20 personal check although they gladly take approximately $400/wk. I think this shows a lack of courtesy!
