Made reservations 6 wks in advance, confirmed 1 wk before arrival. Put us in handicap room with no notice until we opened the door to our room, NO MANAGER ON PREMISES FOR ENTIRE WEEKEND, and had to stay in handicap room. NO HAIR DRIER IN ROOM,...
