The rooms are only for two people. There are no extras what so ever. It is only for those who want to sleep only for very cheap.

I am not likely to return to the ESA Chicago-Naperville.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The room was very dirty. There was trash and dust bunnies, and a tennis racket was found under our sofa. The pillows had stains on them. The bathroom had mildew and just plain dirt all around the sink, tub, and light switches.

I am not likely to return to the ESA Chicago-Naperville.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Horrible
24 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business

I had to stay here last minute, because there was a water main break at the hotel I had originally booked at.

Needless to say, I will probably never return to an Extended Stay. The room I was given was a handicapped room, smelled like smoke (although it was non-smoking), the sheets were not clean, it was dusty, the only thing provided was a bar of soap (maybe that is the norm for extended stay), and the heater/air conditioner was completely broken.

In the morning when I went to return my key and get a receipt, the front desk was locked up and nobody was around. I had to wait a good 10 minutes before someone came.
