After a debacle with redeeming Elite Rewards points we were left to stay at this hotel and it was the worst hotel experience of my life. The place was filthy. It is billed as a "suite" with kitchen, which it has, but the refrigerator was rusted, and everything about the place made me cringe. One king size bed that was like sleeping on a park bench, a worn out, ugly old lazy-boy chair that looked like something from Sanford & Son -- and, frankly, what furniture there was looked like it came from a yard sale. To make matters worse, there was urine on the toilet seat and curly black hairs in the bath tub.
We were slated for five nights and checked out after one. The Wingate Inn right next door is awesome.

About the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Cobwebs in corners, rust half the way down refrigerator front, refrigerator door seal black with mold, walls were all dirty and damaged, microwave smoked immediately upon use & its light was missing & had obviously burned out; worn filthy saggy mattress, threadbare linen, toaster was caked with grease; multiple bugs scurrying around; upholstered chair was black with dirt, furniture was all in extremely poor shape; visible dirt on floor upon arrival.

I use this motel due to the location. It is out of downtown Charleston but it is easy driving to downtown from the hotel. The value is a positive factor for this chain.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the ESA Charleston-Airport.
I might recommend it to friends.

I found the service good and the location was perfect for our needs. The room was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Its a good value for the money.
They treated us as adults and a good customer.
I am very likely
to return to the ESA Charleston-Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
