Horrible
While the price was low and the bed was surprising comfortable, the smell was constantly bad. Our room was non-smoking, but the stale-smoke smell was strong. We went and bought air freshner and our own pillows and cases. Their pillow cases were...
I have stayed at this motel 3 x's now and its been clean and well taken care of every time. I saw no dirt or anything like that anywhere. I felt right at home and comfortable and the desk clerks were always friendly.

I was disappointed that they did not have a room with two beds available. They also could not provide a portable bed. The bed was also surprisingly small. Otherwise the room was well furnished. More coffee and sugar would have been a plus.
The person who checked us in seemed pretty hip. The location gave us easy access to cool downtown Champaign. They did not seem phased by four of us staying in the same room.
I am not likely
to return to the ESA Champaign-Urbana.
I might recommend it to friends.

They had dirty hallways and public areas, but the rooms are fairly clean, although the vacuuming leaves something to be desired. Their terrible marshmallow pillows detract from an otherwise comfortable bed.

The room was much bigger than I had anticipated, considering I was the only person staying in the room for the night. It was nice to have a small kitchenette in my room, as well.
