Absolutely disgusting

This place is terrible. it was under construction when i went so i figured I'd give them a break on outside appearance, but DO NOT STAY HERE! my girlfriend and i picked this place on a whim, it was a last-minute option while in mt. dora. we paid for the room --$55-- and then went into town. later that night (10:30) we returned to our room which had mold all over the bathroom walls, floors, and shower area. hair in the bed and all over the bathroom. only about 1-2 uses of toilet paper on the roll and no more to be found. no clock, bed was hard like a box spring instead of a mattress. used condom box and trash all over the outside of the room. it's bad. we complained and the owner was extremely rude and finally moved us to another room which was no better. please, do not stay here, it is NOT sanitary and the owner is a miserable person to deal with.
