A superior hotel in a quiet location slightly away from the noise of the main streets of the central city. Stylishly decorated with superb service. Ideal for those looking for a bit exta. We could have overlooked the dated interiors, leaking and free-standing "air conditioning" units in each room, if it hadn't been for the appalling customer service.
We had everything from rude and disinterested to (more common) ignorance and confusion. Check in was a mix up, our room wasn't ready in time for 2 pm check in (and it was difficult to even get a drink while we waited!), sugar in the salt shaker for our room service breakfast, half room service desert menu was not available and they couldn't even offer more than one bowl of ice cream in place!
I could go on but I want to forget the whole thing. We were thoroughly disappointed.
