46 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We booked this property as a last minute stop on a family vacation. Room was not clean. The sheets did not fit the beds. When we returned to our room from a great day in Durango, the room had not been cleaned. When we called the fron desk, we were told that we must have left the do not disturb sign on our door.....we hadn't. The manager proceeded to argue with us that nobody was available to clean the room. After a second phone call, he sent a housekeeper to our room....but reluctanly. Not a good experience.

Horrible
This hotel is something out of the 1950's with no amenities and overpriced. The office closes at 11 pm, so if you check in later your key may be taped to the door (or not). There is no pool; the continental breakfast is a joke - little more than...
