It was fantastic. The people were very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with elderly relatives and they made it very easy for them - and this was on a busy sold-out holiday weekend. It was the best mid-priced hotel experience have ever had.

This hotel made me feel excited: We were given free drink coupons and invited to a manager's reception upon check in.

I am very likely to return to the Drury Plaza St Louis Downtown.

The room we stayed in was worth more than we paid for it. It was elegant and it made me feel rich just to stay there.

This hotel made me feel pampered: Whenever we called for anything they helped right away. They put soda in the refrigerator each day and popcorn.

A first rate hotel. Really enjoyed my stay there.

This hotel made me feel important: They took special interest in each guest, always sincerly concerned about your personal preferences. The entire staff was absolutely top notch in my view. It made no difference if there were 50 people or 2 at the desk, you always got personal attention.

The cocktail hour was a nice touch. Free breakfast great. Nice atmosphere.
