This was the best part about having to go out of town for work!

The Jacuzzi made me feel like a movie star and the most comfortable bed away from home I've ever slept in. Thank you so much!

The staff gave my room to another guest, a king non-smoking. I was given a key to the room and the other guest was already in the room. Finally they gave me a different room, which had a stained recliner and other cleanliness issues.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Drury Inn and Suites Springfield MO.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel provided excellent service for the price. It has easy access from the interstate. It has well-lit parking areas. It's close to restaurants.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They gave a warm welcome upon entering the lobby. They have very easy check-in, and they invited guests in to the lobby for drinks and company.

I am very likely to return to the Drury Inn and Suites Springfield MO.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel is in a good location, and there were lots of things to do nearby. It's near downtown Springfield, which is why I chose it. It's a good value for the location
