Drury Inn and Suites Riverwalk was great. They have a great staff.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The desk person was very nice and helpful to us.

The reservation was a disaster. They gave us the wrong room; the front desk tried to give us a smoking room. They were overbooked. The room we ended up in had only feather pillows and two lamps were burned out.

They botched our reservation 3 times. They tried to put us in a smoking room. There were no hypo-allergenic pillows (only feather pillows) and 2 lights were not working.

Everything is always good at Drury's.

This hotel made me feel secure: You had to have your key card to enter all outer doors.

It was an experience I would enjoy repeating in the future.
