America?s favorite southern city used to be quite a mouthful to pronounce. Originally called ?Marthasville?, this Georgian city adopted a new name to accommodate the limited space on train schedules. As ?Atlanta?, train conductors? paperwork became much less cluttered and even the city?s current nickname works much better (?Hotlanta? rolls off the tongue a lot easier than ?Hot-arthasville?). Still, nothing is hotter in Atlanta than Drury?s free HOT! QUIKSTART® Breakfast. Loaded with Belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and many other delicious items, breakfast at the Drury Inn & Suites Atlanta Northwest is sure to energize you as you experience the city?s many excellent attractions.. Our northwest Atlanta location is located near one of the Top 10 water parks in the Nation - White Water. If it weren?t for our well-insulated walls and private location, you could probably hear White Water?s thrilled patrons zooming down the tallest free fall slide on the planet. For dryer thrills, check out the National Battlefield Park on Kennesaw Mountain or visit beautiful downtown Atlanta, where a Braves game at Turner field and the Georgia Aquarium, the world largest aquarium, are must-see attractions.. I had a good time at this hotel the rooms were really nice for the price. I also liked the fact that they offered hot breakfast not just continental. It's not in the city of atlanta but it's close enough and right near the highway. I would...

I stayed there recently on the way to Florida, and the hotel was just OK, had everything that a hotel room has to have, breakfast was also OK, the staff there was not to friendly, room was clean but smelled weired. Overall just OK.

We stayed here because we didn't want to mess with traffic and parking in downtown Atlanta. Arrived just in time for the free happy hour and snacks. Drinks, sodas, chips, popcorn and salsa. It was great.
Soda and popcorn are available all day in the lobby.
The breakfast was fantastic. Scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, cream of wheat, yogurt, doughnuts and cereal. We saved a ton of money.
They also have a guest pantry that sells ice cream and other snacks 24 hrs. a day.
The rooms had everything you would expect. Fridge, microwave, free internet, cable with HBO, ironing board and iron, hairdryer and comfortable beds. They also offer 1 hour of free long distance each night!
The location was right off the freeway. A Ruby Tuesday is adjacent, and a Spaghetti Warehouse is a half block away. It took about 20 minutes to get to Turner Field and 30 to Stone Mountain.

I was very impressed with the value for the price. It was important to my children that we find a hotel with an indoor pool. The pool, the whirlpool and the quality of the room were beyond my expectations for the price.
The room and the facilities were comfortable.
I am very likely
to return to the Drury Inn Atlanta Northwest.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel was an excellent value. The staff was friendly, the room was fine and we will stay there again. The only problem was that we did not receive our newspaper.
The manager was prompt, efficient and friendly. We appreciated the wine.

We arrived in our room and it had an awful odor. We asked for something to be done about it. We even asked the maid for some spray deodorizer. No one would help us! That first night was awful!

We stayed at this hotel on our way home from a week at Walt Disney World. We had read reviews and found them good, but was so disappointed when we checked in.
The hotel is dark and dreary and is seriously in need of an upgrade. To make matters worse, the check in person overcharged our credit card by hundreds of dollars. When we called the manager to rectify this problem, he was very rude.
We ended up having to have the credit card company take care of it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever book it again.
