The lady at the desk was rude. When asked why she needed my credit card, since I had booked through the internet, she said that it was just part of the procedure. She never said "have a nice night" or "thank you" - nothing!

The facility was disgusting! If I didn't have children with me (they deserve the security of a hotel room) I would have slept in my car. I only choose this hotel because all other rooms were full, due to some band competition.
