Drury Inn and Suites Columbus Convention Center Hotel - Page 3

It was the first time at a Drury for my husband (who's traveled a lot for work) and myself. We were both pleasantly surprised.

This hotel made me feel content: We had a 2 room suite and it was nice to put our kids down for nap/bed in the separate bedroom and be able to watch tv and relax without disrupting them.

It was a wonderful stay, I would recommend this hotel to everyone know. It was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast every morning was wonderful.. All staff was very nice.

This hotel made me feel pampered: By the evening reception every evening... We were under a lot of stress with my father in law in the hospital and they did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Kudos to all the staff.

It was an excellent stay. They person working the front desk was wonderful and everyone else was great. It was my kids first experience with a hotel and she changed our room to a suite so we would have more room. She knew the kids were excited.

Drury Inns advertised a 24hour pantry for late night snacks. When I tried to use this service, I was told that it was closed.

The dreary inn representative dealt with was more than courteous and helpful. He was very professional and efficient and made me feel like anything I wanted, he could arrange, sort of like a genie in a lamp.

I always associate Drury Inns with being "dreary" - I remember that the lights in the rooms aren't enough to overcome the dark brick walls. I just don't feel too excited about being in my room. Overall, though, it's an excellent value with the clean rooms.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The lobby had marble floors, it was very open, lots of light, glittery flower holders, etc. Overall, it just looked fancy.

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.
