Drury Inn and Suites Atlanta Northwest Hotel - Page 2

We stayed at this hotel on our way home from a week at Walt Disney World. We had read reviews and found them good, but was so disappointed when we checked in.

The hotel is dark and dreary and is seriously in need of an upgrade. To make matters worse, the check in person overcharged our credit card by hundreds of dollars. When we called the manager to rectify this problem, he was very rude.

We ended up having to have the credit card company take care of it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever book it again.

I have stayed in at least six different Drury Inn hotels and each experience has been better than any hotel.

This hotel made me feel practical: All of the amenities that come standard with each room make me feel practical.

When I arrived the room I had reserved was not available. They put me in a lower priced room. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor. If it was not for the location and the need for that location I would avoid this hotel at all cost. The manager is never available to help.

My whole family liked the hotel. We enjoyed the amenities, breakfast, and snacks in the afternoon. It was very pleasant.

The hotel was close to the interstate and within twenty minutes of everything we wanted to see and do.

I love the beds. It was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in! The hotel is very clean and classy.

It was a very pleasant stay. The people were very friendly and helpful. I plan to stay there again on my next trip to Florida as it is ideally located for me.

The hotel was located with easy access to Atlanta. The staff was helpful in finding places when asked. The hotel looked very nice to the point of being elegant. The extras provided made my stay an exceptional value.

This was a wonderful facility - first time i've ever stayed at a drury inn. My husband, daughter and were all very impressed with the facility in most every aspect.
