The room was not cleaned well. The toiletries were sparse. The staff was slow to respond.

I am not likely to return to the Drury Inn Mobile.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Phone reservation could not be found on the inn's computer. The staff handled the situation satisfactorily. In fact the person who took the reservation was there and remember our names and the fact that she had entered the information at the time we call.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Very friendly check in staff.

I am very likely to return to the Drury Inn Mobile.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
