Okay
Not only were the beds in our room just awful, but we didn't have any hot water for showers! They said they had a large crowd (baseball tournament) who got their showers at the same time (isn't that what a hotel is supposed to provide?!!!). We...

We had one day left in our ski vacation in Vail when we realized that if we didn't leave that night for Denver, chances were good that I-70 would be closed on Saturday because of a snowstorm. Since our Friday night lodging was already paid for, we didn't want to splurge much on another hotel room in Denver. Economy was the name of the game and all we wanted was a bed and a roof to keep out the snow. We braced ourselves for the typical budget room--smelly,moldy, sandpaper like towels and dirty carpets. What we got at the Drury Inn was fabulous. The price was lower than any of the other airport hotels around. The rooms were very nice--clean, decent towels, a real ice bucket, not a plastic container, an entertainment center, free long distance, high speed internet, an indoor and outdoor pool and a hot breakfast, not just sweet rolls and cereal. We were very surprised. It was definitely one of the best values around. We were the first to arrive and asked if they would give us a discount for three rooms. They gave us a very reasonable rate and impressed the other parties that came later. One of the women in that group travels for business all the time. She raved about the place and was glad to know about it in case she needs to go through Denver. The next day, we had a quick ride to the airport and didn't have to worry about 1-70, which had closed as we expected. When we learned that our flight might be canceled, I just said, " no problem, we'll go right back to the Drury." It was nice to know that we had a place to go that wasn't going to cost us an arm and a leg. We will definitely use the place again!

The hotel has a great location for teams playing at the Aurora Sports Complex. The employees went out of their way to serve you. It was the best breakfast of any hotel I have ever stayed at. The evening social was the greatest and the staff working at the evening social went above and beyond the call of duty. It was great value for the price. The friendly staff gave directions to places and the hotel was just overall super great!
Everything you need in a room they have: a refrigerator, a microwave, even a guest pantry in the lobby and the business center is great, too.
I am very likely
to return to the Drury Inn Denver East.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The staff was friendly and helpful with information regarding the area. The breakfast and night social hour had a variety of foods and tasted good. The rooms were clean and extra towels were provided quickly when asked.
The atmosphere of the hotel was quiet including the eating area and pool.
I am very likely
to return to the Drury Inn Denver East.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel did not have a restaurant or a bar, which meant eating away from the hotel every night. The lobby served popcorn in the afternoon which made the grease smell emanate throughout the building. The computer in the lobby was a plus.
The front desk staff was always polite. They were helpful in answering questions about the area. They were knowledgeable about the amenities of the hotel.
I am not likely
to return to the Drury Inn Denver East.
I might recommend it to friends.

I liked the hot tub and the outside and inside pool. I thought that the breakfast area could have been more separate instead of being in the middle of the lobby where people were checking in.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Drury Inn Denver East.
I might recommend it to friends.
