Dripping Springs is a collection of vacation cabins and a B&B Inn with Garden Rooms, all on the Big Thompson River, with private hot tubs for each unit. We are suitable for romantic couples retreat, personal getaways, family vacations, small family reunions, small outdoor weddings and elopements.
Each cabin and room is decorated in a unique style suitable to our mountain way of life, well furnished and comfortable. We promise you a very clean room or cabin at a mid-range price in the most beautiful setting nature has to offer. We are located on 5 acres of ponderosa pines and aspen groves, with a quarter mile of riverfront for fishing and enjoyment. Our steam sauna and massage room is a favorite with our guests. Firepits enhance your evenings outside, and remind you of old Colorado camps, where everyone came to have a memorable experience.
A scenic venue for your small wedding by the river is offered here, with a river dock and arch for your ceremony.
Wildlife viewing is very popular at our resort, with bears, elk, moose, deer and many more animals on the grounds.

Dripping Springs is run by extremely friendly, helpful staff. We stayed in the Thunderbird which was perfect for the 4 adults and 4 kids we had with us. The furniture was nearly new and the place had all the comforts of home... a hot tub!
