Planned my wedding and had horrible communication from their coordinator, pictures didn't come out, videographer left after 5 min, microphone didn't work so no one could hear, pictures that did come out from "professional" photographer were so horrible that my guests took better photos on digital cameras! Guests had trouble getting in to go to wedding and didn't have record of our wedding when they went to ask at the desk. Coordinator was horrible and had only been doing this for 5 months and it showed. We spent 3 hours day after our wedding arguing with her over all the mistakes. Not fun. She tried to leave us with the original bill without taking any money off for her errors. The hotel also put a fraudulent charge on my card that I got a call about a week later. You live and you learn!

Feb 2007 This was our first all inclusive after spending years on 5 star Celebrity Cruises and tired of having to do all the port things and eating with the same people for 10 days. This is our new thing! We love all inclusive and seek to do this from now on.
Dreams was a real nice surprise entering the compound...gorgeous! Wonderful lobby and great service getting us to our clean nice room. The room was a treat but the beds were a horror of hard, like sleeping on the floor. We asked for another mattress and it was just filthy and thin. So we just put it on top and covered it up with several sheets and slept on the clean puffy duvet. The beds stand out in the hall waiting for someone to complain to be changed. Never had anything like this even at economy hotels we were force to take in certain crisis times of our lives. Everyone complained, but most keep coming back year after year. I meant to write the home office and send my pictures. Got too busy when we got back and decided we probably will not go back until we read they upgraded some things, like the cleanliness of pools etc. It really is so uncalled for, a 5 star hotel!
We got a terrific deal, last minute flight and all for $3000 for 5 days for 2. We loved PV and took the fabulous home tour. Of course the town is one of the best in Mexico and safer than most other areas according to Rick. Someday we might rent a house when we have 5 couples we would want to spend a week with. But this is so great to relax, the food and choices of 5 or more restaurants was really excellent. Loved the cafe out on the cliff for breakfast and lunch and the Ocean club for dinner was our favorite. I am doing this from memory so might not have the names exact. Service was great. Food was wonderful.
I bring a satin top sheet for myself to cover up or lay on the couch. Does not take up space but love the luxury and know it is clean. We want to try another place, so if you can suggest one, write me. That is why I am in this section to check other AC resorts. We had a fabulous relaxing time PV is great for having so much to do if you ever want to leave the resort.

My husband and I just got back from here, it was wonderful, clean, had well kept rooms and grounds.
They also had a friendly, helpful staff. The food was well prepared. Their service was very good. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. It was secluded, and quiet, but not too far from town.
They have a clean beach, although the water was rough, but it is the pacific side, so you expect that. They had good entertainment nightly. The rooms were big, and had everything we needed, including good sized bottles of shampoo, body wash, lotion, also sunscreen.
We can't wait to go again and would recommend it to anyone. Two thumbs up, you guys.
