60 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This is a pet friendly place, with a great location, nice staff and the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. It is a bit out of date looking, but honestly for the price and location can NOT be beat!!

Excellent
I recently stayed at the Drawbridge (DB) with a group of friends after a day of skiing in Lawrenceburg, IN. We had read some reviews and we were slightly skeptical about how our experience at the DB would be. Well, to put it simply - the Drawbridge...
I'll never stay here again!

Mediocre
I have been in this hotel for less than 24 hours and have the following complaints:
1. We were placed in a section of the hotel that was being renovated. There was no wallpaper in the halls (peeling and chipping). The carpet was old and...
pros: Reasonably CostWe go to Kentucky three times every year and we always stayed at the drawbridge. The first five visits to the Drawbridge was great. Then the bad luck happened. My Honda Civic was flooded up to my door and they called me in the...
The room was supposed to be nonsmoking & it smelled of smoke terribly as well as tobacco stains everywhere. The carpet was in terrible shape, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, and not one day did our sheets fit our bed! The headboard was broken. We were over charged at check out. We were totally disappointed with the room. It has such potential to be so much more, it is a shame. The things I did like were the staff was very nice, helpful & friendly & the food was pretty good. I like the fact that they do allow pets. The pool areas were nice. Some areas of the property were nice. Conference area nice if air-condition is working. Nice location, close to everything. Cheaper hotels down the road in better shape.
the hotel is old, needs new air conditioners and some work. The room upon arrival smelled musty. The doors do not come all the way down and there is a large gap so people in hallways can hear your conversation. We asked for microwave, which did not ...
#2 - Broken bed... (Room 177 bed closest to window) By broken I mean box spring broken in half causing bed to literally lay at at 45 degree angle...how the hell you suppose to sleep like that.
#3 - Stained, raggy bath towels and wash clothes. I have better rags at my house!
Cousins room - she has 3 kids under the age of 6 and her bathroom ceiling fell through and cords were hanging down. They said, "oops, we'll have someone down right away" and then apologized for her inconvience...but yet it took about 20 minutes for someone to come.
#4 - 24 hour hotel cafe - yep ants all over.
It is beyond me - how this place passed hotel inspections. Not to mention we had a broken bed and a bloody sheets and we only got a $30 discount...............you've got to be kidding me.
FYI - the Cross Bow Bar downstairs in the lobby - the BIGGEST Swing bar freak show ever. If you go, do NOT seat on the toilet seats....if you get my drift!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
38 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Stayed there while visiting Newport Aquarium and Creation Museum. Good location just outside of town and within 15 minutes of everything in the Cincy area. Motel is a bit outdated, but for the cost, no real complaints. Maid service was very good, even arranged the kids 15 stuffed animals creatively on the bed. Pool was great.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Drawbridge Inn where the Olde English charm of the facility rekindled fond memories of my eight years in England. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located in a nice area with convenient access to...
