Doubletree Suites Hotel

Most of the hotel management down right from the Director is downright rude. We encountered dirty toilet (stool in our toilet) when we entered our rooms. When they moved us to new rooms, we found very foul smell in the morning and one of the hotel representatives confirmed it is gas leak. When the main management guy came, he tried to hush it up and we were forced to call 911 just to make sure our 3 month old baby in the room was ok. Not only hotel charged us (not my own money. I was on company relocation and company paid for it) and has refused to pay for our emergency visit for our baby.

The location was great. My advice is to not stay on a night when there is a symphony concert.

This was a good hotel in a great location with the South Park Mall right down the street. The bed was very comfortable as well. My only issue was the bathroom, it was very run down and the paint was coming off the ceiling.

We would visit this hotel again.

This hotel made me feel respected: They provide attentive service.

The pool was closed part of our stay, but it was due to problems beyond the control of the hotel staff.
