I hate this place - I came here on business - due to proximity of my business and my desire to maintain within the hilton family I chose this hotel. On arrival, despite the fact that I paid over 1k to stay here for a week, because I booked through a 3rd party I was informed I would not earn any hilton points for the stay. Bad policy, but OK, you dont need to be a jerk about it. Still being a hilton diamond member I wold have thought that my status would get me something!! No free breakfast like usual, no executive lounge, no parking, internet is $14, a cobb salad is $22 before the service charge, and the people who work here a f'ing rude as hell. They even charge you for toothpaste if you are unfortunate enough to forget it.
Basically, if you book through hotels.com it wouldnt matter if you were the pope - the service here sucks.
When the maid finally did clean my "room" ha ! she kept the remote and ice bucket!!
The gym is bad, the rooms are small and old, I have stayed in nicer hamptons and fairfields by leaps and bounds. keep your cookie doubletree, next time I am staying at the W down the street.
I have stayed in Hilton family hotels in everystate in the country and Quite a few overseas an this one is hands down the worst. the only thing it has going for it is location, and for that you get charged $300+ a night. What a joke

Great hotel, close to shopping and subway. The room (a double) was small but fine. Very clean and quiet. Great workout facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only surprise: a $2 per bag fee to leave your luggage after checkout. But...

Horrible
Stayed there once before and it was a full service hotel. I pre-purchased several nights this trip only to learn after arriving that the hotel no longer offers such basic services as room service (except at night) and the restaurant is rarely open. ...

Okay
Wireless and ethernet connections are poor, slow and management is slow to respond to rectifying these problems which make it a difficult property to stay at when on a business trip.
