Rooms were small and dirty. Hallways needed vacuuming. Furniture was dirty. Bathrooms VERY small in suite. We did complain and were given an upgrade to a large suite which was great. But maid only came 1 time during 3 night stay and did 50%...
60 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
When I checked in, I specifically asked the desk clerk for a room not facing the interstate and I was given a room facing I-95. The dead bolt type of lock on the door did not work and the flip bar that was an extra lock was missing. There were also no coffee pot and supplies in the room. As this was a ground floor room right off the lobby and I was quite uncomfortable with the lack of security, I asked for and I got a changed room. I was told the area they were moving me to was not noisy as the previous room. It was very noisy and that was not a function of it facing the interstate. The second room they moved me to was also very noisy. As it was very late and I was exhausted I did not choose to change the room again. I felt the staff was less than interested in me when I checked in. I will not stay at that Radisson hotel again.
I am not likely
to return to the Doubletree Hotel West Palm Beach-Airport.
I would not recommend it to friends.

With the exception of its free shuttle, the Radisson, West Palm Beach, is best forgotten as a nice place to stay. Standard rooms were clean, but very small. Many are right next to I-95, and still others have connecting doors, where you can hear...
