The staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel made me feel inspired: They provided comfort in a stressful atmosphere.

I liked the helpful employees at the desk and taxi stand. I did not like that I booked a smoking room and was initially given a non-smoking. This was remedied immediately. I did not like that there were no ashtrays in the room, and I had to call to get one. This was remedied immediately also.

The hotel was perfectly serviceable.

Parking was a problem - slow retrieval of my car.

This hotel has a good restaurant. However, housekeeping was not attentive to guests being in the room - they ignored the Do Not Disturb sign. A smoking room was provided when a non-smoking was reserved (I was a patient with asthma).
