39 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
It was my best hotel experience to date. I came for a convention outside the hotel and could come back to the hotel and relax with no outside interference.
This hotel made me feel content: The halls were quiet and I could not hear noise from other rooms. It gave me a sense of being at home not having others so close.

The only problem we had was with the bellman who was too busy talking to someone else and only started helping with our luggage after I had almost everything loaded on the cart to take to the room.

We had one problem with the telephone service. They changed our room at check in and never changed the room number in the computer, so we couldn't get our phone calls. We reported the problem but it was never corrected.
