They need to have Ethernet or Wireless Internet access in their rooms. I had to go down to the lobby to use one of two of the only Ethernet connections they had. And sometimes people were already there waiting for access.

The front desk was alone, a lot of people checking in, I got a bad room which I could not change, I was mistreated, it was a total mess. I will never stay in a Radisson again.
