57 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We were greeted at the garage entrance by Pete Bell Captain who assisted in unloading the car and getting my family to the front desk. He explained how the parking worked and the cost. While I parked the truck myself, he lead my family to the check-in desk and while attending to other guests checking in, he kept checking with my wife to see if we were ready to be taken to our room. During the speedy ascent to the 10th floor, Pete gave us a run down of the hotel amenities where located and times open. He was very friendly and very professional. Encounters with other hotel staff were just as friendly and professional, such as Virginia who provided excellent serve in the Cafe. An above and beyond the call of duty moment I was up very early Saturday morning. Not wanting to disturb my family, I went down to the lobby looking for coffee. The staff in the lobby advised that I was too early for the Café, and then one of the guys asked how I liked my coffee. When I said black, he said have a seat, Ill be right back. He returned in 3 minutes with the coffee.
The room was very comfortable over looking Broad Street - spacious and very clean.
