It is a nice hotel, in a good location if you are visiting Oak Ridge for any reason. Although it was built in the eighties, it looks and feels more contemporary. We stayed on the concierge level, which was worth the extra cost.

65 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I was very comfortable here. There were one or two small problems, the room was not made up and some amenities were not replenished, but these were handled very efficiently, promptly, and courteously by a very friendly staff. The hotel itself is quite attractive. The restaurant food was average, but the wait staff was very friendly. I continue to have a good feeling about this particular hotel, due particularly to the outstanding friendliness of the staff. I hope to stay there again and I would certainly recommend it.
I loved the warm cookie upon registering. I also occasionally got cookies on some of my other nights. They took care of the occasional oversights as if I was a really important guest. For example, when they forgot to restock the water bottles, they brought a dozen bottles, to ensure that I would have enough. When my room was not made up, I was given a voucher for a meal. And this was all done with genuine friendliness and sincerity. I was never made to feel that I was an annoyance.
