My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree Hotel. The accommodations were great, and the location was fifteen to twenty minutes, in rush hour traffic, from our meetings.
This hotel made me feel important: When my husband and I checked in, the agent at the front desk was very polite and answered all of our questions, and was very attentive to us.

There was confusion on three rooms booked for a wedding. The front desk mixed up the reservations and canceled two rooms, then refused to give us the special wedding pricing on the replacement rooms. We had to argue with the manager to get the price.

The only thing did not appreciate was the unfriendliness of the servants and front desk staff.
This hotel made me feel content: They provided some very nice welcome cookies upon my arrival and got a refrigerator on short notice and found the room to be very comfortable and they provided me with a room in non-smoker although it was very short notice as well.

It was annoying that the au bon pain in the cafe area closed at 3pm. It would have been nice to have it open business hours. I didn't like being forced to take what room service gave. Also, did not like that room service ended at 9:30 pm forc.
