The furniture in the room was dirty and the bathroom was barely large enough for one person to use. The hotel was under renovation and there was no breakfast or room service worth using available. An arrangement was made with the chinese restaurant in the mall to provide the guests with a plastic wrapped sausage biscuit. The area surrounding the hotel was not very safe, if I were traveling alone I would not stay at this hotel. The group I was with was all retired military and we all stated when we visit Norfolk again we would definitely not spend our money here.
