48 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
We have stayed at this hotel every year for the last 3 to 4 years and they did seem to be lacking in provisions for our client. The room was not decorated at all and they seemed to be a little short on staff.
We were there to perform at a function and they offered us the use of their equipment as well as asking if we needed anything every time they spoke to us.
