Only problem I had was that they didn't have games to give you, no ping pong, no board games, not even a deck of cards.

Only bad thing was they didn't have any games to provide you with, no decks of cards, no ping pong table, no board games, that was very annoying.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I stay there frequently. They said 'Welcome back Christopher' as I checked in. That meant a lot to me.

Loved the cookies at check-in! Very nice touch. My only concern was having hair on the sheets. Second set of sheets was put on at my request and that also had hair on it!
This hotel made me feel respected: The front desk and other staff were went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed at this hotel every year for the last 3 to 4 years and they did seem to be lacking in provisions for our client. The room was not decorated at all and they seemed to be a little short on staff.
This hotel made me feel important: We were there to perform at a function and they offered us the use of their equipment as well as asking if we needed anything every time they spoke to us.
