Good
I've seen some good hotels and some real flea-bag dives that you wouldn't even let your unloved dogs into least be someone you care about. Thank goodness this isn't that kind of place. The sheets are mostly clean.

The front desk staff announced to her co-worker and other guests waiting to be checked in that my bank card was not working. My bank had issues with their computers and the computers were often down for repair. The front desk staff rolled her eyes when she announced that my card was not working. Then, when I paid in cash, she charged me a deposit fee. She treated me like I was unable to pay. I was extremely upset. The hotel was nice. But the front desk experience made me decide that if that was the way the Wyndham hotel treats their customers, then it was not the classy hotel I thought it was. We were actually treated with more respect by the maids then by the front desk staff. The maids were very nice and pleasant.
I am not likely
to return to the Doubletree Hotel Los Angeles/Commerce.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I loved the location, the room was beautiful, but the maid walked in on me. I had arranged a late check out and she came in early, then she said we smoked in the room, we do not smoke. They then charged us a two hundred dollar smoke fee that I had to dispute. They took it off and I have stayed there again since. The hotels name is a name I can trust!
It's a classic hotel. They treat you well!

If you like paying for every amenity, including internet access, check in here. $9.99 for internet access! What a crock. Everything else about this place is average. No breakfast, no fridge/microwave, no incentive to pay $100 a night.

This hotel location was good for me. But hotel was not worth the price. The rooms were not very clean, the carpet was very old, but the lobby looks good.
