Doubletree Hotel Little Rock

It took 3 calls to get the hotel's shuttle to pick me up at the airport this week. Finally, I was picked up 45 minutes after the first call. The last time I was told that the driver got caught in traffic. There is no traffic from the airport to the hotel-there is no traffic the back way the shuttle driver took me.

I found the front desk personnel when I checked-in and the following morning not unpleasant, but they did not seem to care whether they gave you information or not. I was told the capital was working distance. It is not!

It is 1.1 miles with luggage. Right!

The room was OK and the food at the breakfast buffet was ordinary. The scambled eggs were dry and overdone.

I will not return to this hotel.

I loving stay at this hotel when I visit Little Rock. The people are very nice. It is a good place stay on vacation or business.

It was a dirty room. The sheets, the blankets and the bedspread were so filthy. I had to call and have beds totally changed. The bellmen were very helpful and courteous.

The arrival area was under reconstruction. I had to search for the parking area and place to unload the car. The room and the bathroom were not clean. The food was not up to par.

The entire hotel was in the process of being redecorated. In spite of some work still in progress, the stay was more pleasant than my previous stay about four years ago.

This hotel made me feel content: The service people were helpful and very nice when asked about locations or services. All of the service people with whom I had contact were knowledgeable about the hotel and its services.
